Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or that infringes on the rights of others.
• Do not use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

User submissions

When you submit a website, URL, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and use that content as part of operating the Service (including in public audits, gallery entries, and marketing). You retain ownership of your content.

Audits and editorial content

Audits, reviews, and teardowns published on the Service represent our editorial opinion. They are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute professional business, legal, or investment advice.

Paid services

Paid audits and other paid features are billed through Stripe. Prices, scope, and turnaround times are shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if something went wrong.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding, and original content, is owned by Good Good Bad Store and protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results from any audit will produce specific business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Good Bad Store will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
